Phantom was originally gonna be a Xeno Retake before he became his own thing.Because me and his Owner didn't really like Xeno when we made him.Phantom is a AI made by Sega, in which this AI was made to Sonic and the other characters Feel more "alive". Eventually, due to money problems at the time, this was abandoned, and a rouge dev stole the tech later on and made the AI, Renamed to Phantom, To Believe he is in fact the Devil himself, and modified Sonic to fit his liking.The Stiches on his body are from his body breaking from his true form inside.
